Ferdy Murphy is praying for the rain to stay away ahead of Kalahari King's tilt at the Arkle Chase at Cheltenham tomorrow.
"We just have to hope the rain stays away now and everything has gone the right way for him this season. I think it is a very open race and it is just a matter of having the breaks and everything going right for you," said Murphy.
Kalahari King has largely been drifting in the markets today, with Paddy Power and BlueSQ both taking his odds out to 12/1 for the race which is second on the card tomorrow. The forecast suggests that some rain may arrive before tomorrow, and that the ground will be riding on the soft side of good.
