The Market Man 12/1 (from 20) sprung to the head of the betting for the 2009 Royal and Sunalliance Chase on Friday when winning the Novices' Chase at Newbury. The runner-up, Kicks For Free was eased to 25/1 (from 16).
Mount Helicon, the runner-up in the opening Q Associates Juvenile Novices' Hurdle behind Nino Cochise has been pushed out to 25/1 (from 16) for the 2009 Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham.
