Queen Mother Champion Chase betting advice

The highlight of the second day at the Cheltenham Festival is the Grade 1 Seasons Holidays Queen Mother Champion Chase which is run over 2 miles.  After the Gold Cup this is one of the liveliest betting events of the Festival.

The best two mile chasers thrill the public at Cheltenham and often you find that a loved horse is backed so it becomes favourite; in recent years Moscow Flyer has been backed by many Irish fans at short odds.

The Queen Mum’s Champions Chase has a good record of providing double and triple winners (Badsworth Boy won 3x in the 80s) and the 2007 winner Voy Pur Ustedes.  Voy Pur Ustedes  is therefore likely to be a big mover in the ante post betting markets.

Paul Nicholls has won Queen Mothers’ Champion Chase twice in the last eight years and is a trainer to have on your side when betting on the Champion Chase. Any leading Irish horses are likely to attract big bets on the day.
